INSPIRING: Marvin Sapp’s 17-Year-Old Daughter Launches Non- Profit Organization To Help Youths || @KaiKai_SAPP

GRAMMY® nominated gospel recording artist Marvin Sapp has donated both time and resources to helping those in need. His daughter, MiKaila Sapp, is following in his footsteps. The 17-year-old has launched “Kai’s Big Payback,” a non-profit organization to help youth in need.

MiKaila Sapp, who is both founder and acting chief executive officer wants to expose the talents of young people with “low self-esteem, poor self-image, health conditions and other challenges life brings.”

To accomplish this, Kai’s Big Payback, Inc. will sponsor events to generate funds to support causes that enhance their quality of life.

Presently, the fundraising goal is $12,000 for an “Overlooked HoCo” event, which stands for “Overlooked Homecoming” to benefit Helen Devos Children’s Hospital.

According to the donation site, the big Homecoming game will include sixty high school football players and thirty high school cheerleaders. It is designed to provide an “opportunity for those who are unable to attend a traditional homecoming to enjoy a fun filled event.”

MiKaila, though young, is no stranger to bold pursuits. In 2010, she published her first book, The Girl Behind the Mask, a 60-page compilation of personal journal entries she began writing in 2008.

Currently, MiKaila’s influential dad, Marvin Sapp is assisting his ambitious daughter in raising funds to support her charitable vision.

“Help
my daughter to grant dreams to a deserving child,” the Michigan-based
pastor requested in a Jan. 25 social media post, sharing a link to
