IK Worships is the music ministry of Ikpemhosi Amakhabi. IK is a worship leader at Global Impact Ministries based in
Lagos and a Gospel artiste who has carved out a niche for himself in
the Rock genre in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

Born in the early 80s,
and the first of 5 kids, IK hails from Etsakor Central in Northern Edo
state. He is a graduate of History from the University of Benin.
His genre of choice is Contemporary Christian Rock which he blends with
the rich African rhythm to birth great songs of praise and worship with
musical/ministry influences from Pastor Yemi Davids (Senior Pastor,
Global Impact Church), Pastor Olumide Ogunade (ID CABASA) Israel
Houghton, Pastor Wale Adenuga, Hillsong United, Jesus Culture, and a
host of others.
IK currently has four published singles including Akamaranma, No Be Lie,
Look at Me Now and a Christmas single “True Christmas” all enjoying
airplay and accolades all around the world, IK is set to impact the
world with his message of God’s love and greatness.
IK is married to his sweetheart, Oluwatosin and they have a son, Brian
