This will be the 57-year-old
preacher’s second go at a talk show. In 2013, he hosted a BET talk show called
“Mind, Body & Soul” that lasted for one season.

Jakes’ latest TV projects are being produced in partnership with 44 Blue
Productions and Enlight Entertainment.
“As a communicator, I could not be more excited about this collaboration
which allows our brand to extend its presence onto the small screen,” said
Jakes in a statement.
In addition to being pastor of the 30,000-member The Potter’s House church
in Dallas, Texas, Jakes has produced films like “Heaven Is for Real,” “Black
Nativity,” “Sparkle,” “Jumping the Broom,” “Not Easily Broken” and others.
